Based in or around London? We rehearse on Saturday afternoons in Hackney, east London, and we’d love to have you. All levels and all ages are welcome — including complete beginners.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a lot of experience?: No. All levels and ages are welcome.
I’m a beginner. Can I join?: All levels and ages are welcome. If you’re not sure, you can get in touch and drop by a rehearsal to see if you like it. No commitment!
Do I need any equipment?: No, please wear comfortable shoes and clothing for a dance/exercise session.
How much does it cost?: We have a monthly membership fee. Please get in touch for more details.
Where do you rehearse?: In Hackney Central or Hackney Wick, East London.
How long are the rehearsals?: Rehearsals last 3 hours, and that includes breaks, warm up and cool down.
